The impact of artificial intelligence on work relations given the jurisprudence of the ECtHR

Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, taking into account the rapid development of technology, labor relations are increasingly impacted by AI. What is more, there is no direct protection of labor relations on the field of the European Convention on Human Rights and there is also no provision related to AI among its articles. In addition, the present study aims to analyze which rights related to labor relations are affected by the new developing technologies, and to what extent.
