Summary/Abstract: Introduction. The article raises the problem of revealing the specifics of students professional mobility while pursuing degrees at higher educational institutions, depending on the presence or absence of a disability. The purpose of the article is to identify the characteristic features of developing professional mobility among students with disabilities. Materials and Methods. The study is based on the analysis and synthesis of research works on higher (professional) and special education, recognized by the scientific community. The authors applied theoretical and practical methods of psychological and educational research, methods of mathematical statistics, and methods of psychodiagnostics in order to evaluate the characteristics of professional mobility among students with disabilities. Results. The results suggest that the professional mobility of students with disabilities has certain features depending on the presence or absence of disabilities. Professional mobility among students with disabilities is characterized by a predominantly inadequate self-assessment of their abilities and capabilities, weak motivation for career choice and further employment, low professional and personal awareness, poor communication skills, etc. Students with disabilities are definitely not ready for changes in socio-economic and professional positions, as well as for professional transformations. Conclusions. It is concluded that characteristic features of professional mobility among students with disabilities depend on the presence or absence of a disability.
