Summary/Abstract: As a whole of the phenomenon of frozen conflicts, the researcher's perception is that the Transnistrian phenomenon is least addressed with the research tools, being harassed by a vast and diverse media approach, in which the researchers themselves become publishers, authors of press articles, interview subjects.And yet, the number of books, studies and articles, as well as working tools (memoirs, chronologies, fotographic albums, document collections, etc.) is significant.Collecting them in a single instrument can give a new start to the researches, providing them with scientific titles thematically and by categories, which offer not only information, but also the possibility to follow the bibliographies used there to deepen the punctual aspects.
