Summary/Abstract: The development of technique and science made possible for the employer to have multiple possibilities to supervise the employee during the working hours. Some of these technical possibilities are the cameras, GPS system, interception through e-mail, yahoo messenger and other programs. The development of technique and science, generally, represented the reason to take seriously the legal previsions in the field of private life in order to correspond to the current life.
