Summary/Abstract: The main tasks of this study are focuses on presenting and analyzing the factors that determine the necessity of development of the banking marketing. In this context, a definition of the term “banking marketing” has been defined, considering its objectives, functions and specific features. Attention is also paid to the specific features of banking products (services).
