Summary/Abstract: General legal framework of management of another’s property, as a legal institution, is established by the legislator in Title V of Book III "On property" of the Civil Code. But both the Civil Code and other special laws there are provisions relating to the management of another’s property. The correlation between the general management of other’s assets and other provisions that directly or indirectly relate to the administration of another’s buildings is established by legislator even in art. 794 Civil Code, text that "in the absence of special provisions, the provisions of this title shall apply to all cases of management of the goods of another." This statutory provision must be corroborated with that of art. 792 paragraph (3) Civil Code, according to which "the provisions of this title shall apply to any other’s asset management, unless the case where the law, the articles of memorandum of association or actual circumstances require the application of a different legal regime of administration".
