Summary/Abstract: The following study is dedicated to a theoretical and a practical approach of the role of music in human beings’ emotional and mental development. Therefore, keeping this in mind and the psychological background on Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences, we propose the application of a program based on music in teaching students about human values and empathy.
