Summary/Abstract: Motivating people to work efficiently, as well as increasing their job satisfaction and, consequently, further increasing their commitment, is probably the most important problem which affects organizations and which they need to solve. Many organizations are wondering what they should do in order to achieve continuous and high performance through people. Building an effective team – a team of people motivated to act – is not an easy task and consists of many components contributing to the success.
