Summary/Abstract: Endorsement of the irregularity and determining financial corrections is act as a non-fiscal of the European Union and national financial public was issued in exercise of legal powers shared by a legal entity of public law under the public prerogative in order partial revocation or total donations from the European Union and national budgets through grant contract and is therefore a partial unilateral termination of the contract and therefore the grant of cancellation of EU funds and national co-financing related.
