Summary/Abstract: The 5+2 format of negotiations on Transnistrian conflict is a good framework to achieve the goal of establishing a durable peace on Dniester’s banks. However, Moldovan negotiators face difficulties to reach this objective. There is not clearly formulated set of common values, interests (and needs) that can unite the two banks of the river. Only in such conditions can be restored and consolidated the Moldovan integral state. In this context, it is explainable why till now there are no plans (projects) of resolving the conflict, elaborated by Moldovan government’s servants. Only such documents could be a base for discussions in 5+2 format (the third basket).
