Summary/Abstract: Some Issues Concerning the Relationship between Church and Eucharist inOrthodoxy. Orthodox Church has a sacramental conception on Church and also a sacramental structure, it is not just a meeting without soteriological significance.Church can not be reduced to the community that celebrates the Eucharist. The Eucharist is not a Mystery to most of the Sacraments, and above the Church, but one of the other Sacraments and the Church is not carried out only on the Eucharist, but also by Baptism and other Sacraments for which is required right faith. On the other hand all the Sacraments are valid only in the Church on the unity of the faith of local Church and universal one.Church is a continuous result of the as acts that are done, because its members renews and continuously strengthen their relationships with Christ. The Eucharist not acts independently of Christ, It is the Sacrifice of Christ, Head of Church. Our Church does not worship Eucharist in place of Christ because the Eucharist is not a substantial, impersonal presence of Christ. Orthodoxy does not confused personal physical body of Christ, Church- Mystical Body and Eucharist-Sacramental Body. They are unseparated realities but distinct.
