Summary/Abstract: The necessity of harmonisation by a convergence of the European contract law is a subject in the attention of many specialists, groups of research and European authorities from several years, but the step by step method pointed only some sectors. There is not a common European contract lay and much yet remains to be done in the sense of legislative unification of the principles of the contract law.
