Summary/Abstract: The matter of social dialogue has been and continues to be an element of permanent topicality, although not always of maximum interest for doctrine and in the specialized legal practice. The importance of the social dialogue and particularly of negotiation of collective bargaining agreements manifests on multiple levels, so it is of utmost relevant to be structured and correlated with the trade union activity and phenomenon.
