Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to provide an independent analysis of the content of the right to private life and the means of exercising it, as well as an analysis related to the violation of this right. We will consider both the law and the doctrine, and the case law that defined the limit between the legal exercise of the right to private life and the abusive exercise of this right.
