Summary/Abstract: Cooperation between micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with local government units bring both opportunities and constraints. The purpose of the article is to indicate the perceived positive aspects of this cooperation by entrepreneurs. It also presents the limitations of cooperation associated with the SIWZ documentation, prepared by the public authorities.
