Summary/Abstract: Along the time, the approach of the “crisis” phenomenon has known numerous interpretations, in accordance with the degree of development of the system of relations and with aspirations of historical actors. This analysis captures developments and understanding of crisis as a mode of manifestation, as well as the factors affecting it. To help eliminate the use of crisis management of international life one needs a very good knowledge of their own.
