THE FORMATION, THE CONTENT AND THE PARTIES CONSENT FOR THE VALIDITY OF THE MEDICAL CONTRACT

Summary/Abstract: The paper highlights the existence and specific features medical contract between doctor and patient as provided by law. The author believes that the system of contracts that ensure public health assistance in the heart of which is the National Health Insurance concluding contracts with policyholders on the one hand, and health care providers on the other hand, there proper medical contract under which medical instrument is exercised, the contract expressly unregulated by law but referred directly or indirectly to the provisions of law. The author develops specific aspects of medical contract.
