Granty sołeckie jako forma aktywizacji społeczności wiejskich w województwie zachodniopomorskim
‘Village grants’ as a form of rural communities activation in the West Pomerania Province

Summary/Abstract: Organized by the West Pomerania Province Self-Government in 2017 and 2018 competition ‘Village grants’ headline target was activation of people living in rural areas. However, comparative analysis of both competition editions shows that aim realized only partially. This is due to ‘Village grants’ are not an element of social policy in the frames of regional sustainable development, but only instrument shaped on the bases of actual possibilities, non-specified and limited in scope of impact, which meaning in the processes of stimulating and enhancing of rural communities integration is rather moderate.
