Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to review the legal consequences of eviction resulting from the deeds of a third party, considered both from the perspective of the regulations of the current civil code as to the sale contract, and from that of the most recent case law released by the judicial bodies. Last but not least, these regulations will also be contrasted with the provisions of the1864 Civil Code.
