Summary/Abstract: The development of an economy based on knowledge and information, we are constantly carrying out the technological advances and the emergence of new professions and specialties puts public against the important challenge, which is to create efficient mechanisms of qualifications and competence, and by the completion of each of the us rising with time gaps in their knowledge of the school. Watched now–what is significant, primarily among the most common resource groups – a gradual increase in interest in informal shows precisely these conditions, though it should be acknowledged that, at least in terms of the use of the Polish just forms of acquiring knowledge and skills is observed in relatively small scale yet.
