The Techniques of Human Resource Management in the Project

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present ways of managing people in projects and shows possibilities expansion effectiveness cooperative person. The growing role of project–oriented company forces the entrepreneurs to take adequate HRM policy. These are the basic processes in the company, which determine whether the company will reach in the future success or not. In a constantly changing environment it is necessary to use a variety of methods and management techniques in order to constantly improve the quality and efficiency of work. Additionally shows the relevance of human resource management in the organization. An organisation cannot build a good team of workers without good resources. For the smooth execution of work are also used systems supporting project management, including planning of human labour. Bring clarity and a clear division of tasks with a time of their execution. The article discusses techniques for managing projects, which improve the pace of development processes and the efficiency of human resources.
