Summary/Abstract: The present work does wish to be a reflection upon the concept of human dignity in respect to the concept of religious freedom. The importance of this theme does reside within the fact itself that inside of whatever democratic society the aggregate of the liberties which have been currently enforced through a juridical procedure does indeed bring up the human ego towards the highlights. It therefore does become an imperative matter to deeply study upon the issue insofar the human ego by itself often does or not step into a contradiction with the concept itself of human dignity and as well if the religious freedom could or not be an appropriate mean able to ensure the respect of human dignity. In order to achieve this work we have made an equal use of the analysis of the currently enforced legal frame and of the discussion of biblical texts. Our line of argument is to sustain the importance of the religious freedom which could indeed ensure the respective statuses of normality and of good health for the currently existing social relationships.
