Summary/Abstract: The article studies the logical process of establishing the norm, from the juridical cybernetic perspective. The normative activity is a technical activity that is accomplished by a technician, that is a lawyer knowledgeable not only the juridical system, but juridical cybernetics as well, instruments required by a good regulation activity.
