Summary/Abstract: In November 2019, in the Official Journal of Romania it was published the Law no. 224/2019 on the approval of the G.E.O. No. 3/2019 on the deferral of payment of outstanding remuneration for certain categories of staff in the justice system. Moreover, in November 2019, several legislative acts were amended, among which: The G.E.O. no. 113/2018 for the amendment and supplement of art. 38 of the G.E.O. no. 90/2017 regarding certain fiscal-budget measures, the amendment and supplement of certain normative acts and the prorogation of deadlines; Law no. 211/2004 on certain measures to protect the victims of crime; Law no. 217/2003 on preventing and fighting against domestic violence; Law no. 263/2010 on the public pension unitary system; Law no. 61/1993 regarding state allowance for children. Furthermore, in November, it was published the Minutes of the meeting of the representatives of the Superior Council of Magistracy with the presidents of the civil sections of the High Court ofCassation and Justice and of the courts of appeal (Piteşti, 14-15 November 2019).
