Summary/Abstract: Following the activity carried out by the Constitutional Court, several decisions (objections of unconstitutionality granted) were published in November regarding the Law no. 263/2010 on the public pension unitary system, the National Education Law no. 1/2011, the Law for the supplement of art. 10 of Law no. 7/2006 regarding the statute of the parliamentary civil servants, as well as the Law on the transfer of a building from the State public domain and from the administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – The Prefect’s Institution – Giurgiu County in the public domain of Giurgiu County.
