Standardization of the Structures and Administrative Procedures

Summary/Abstract: The work reveals the massive need for simplification of the standardization of administrative structures and procedures within the Romanian public administration, in close correlation with the following draft regulatory acts relevant to the field, which will also need to be harmonized: the Administrative Code, the Code of administrative procedures and the Code of country panning, city planning and construction.In the current paper we present mainly the need of standardization of the administrative structures and procedures, as well as the hypotheses to be considered in the standardization process, the methods and steps necessary for standardizing the structures and administrative procedures, focal points concerning the standardization structures of the central and local administration, and the obligation to implement realistic public policies to ensure the success of standardization of the Romanian public administration.
