Summary/Abstract: Research paper addresses the issue of Disputes in Transportation. The article points out the Risks in traffic. The paper discussed the Historical Judgments of the First Czechoslovak Republic. The paper selected Historical Judgments compared with the Present Case Law of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic. The paper describes the Principles that are valid in the Present Transport law. The paper tries to use the historical case and address current risks in Traffic.
