Application context of the term justice in legal system of the Czech Republic

Summary/Abstract: Interpretation of a legal text depends on the correct interpretation of his words. My contribution deals with application of legal term justice in selected acts of the Czech Republic. I try to interpret many of both public and private law. The aim of this paper is to highlight the diverse use of the term justice in legislative texts. I try to analyze many versions of justice application in legal texts and find common and different features. This term is used both in the initial part of the law as a declaration of main ideas as well as other in many specific legal rules that are difficult to interpret. I think it would be better not to use term justice very often because of its different meanings. My critic focuses on the frequent use of this word and his adjectives in a context that is appropriate for other legal terms like proportional or usual.
