Because these symptoms may announce a burnout syndrome, it is important to recognize them, to have knowledge about the sources of stress in the workplace and their effects, as well as to have knowledge about the mechanism of burnout and, what is essential, to be aware of how to prevent burnout and deal with a situation when specific symptoms occur.
