Student-teacher relationships of children from families affected by parents’ labour migration

Summary/Abstract: In recent times, a lot of space is devoted to showing children, whose parents migrated for work purposes, as manifesting different types of educational problems. However, there are few studies showing the ratio of that group of children to teachers. Therefore, conducted research was to answer the question: what is the behavior of children experiencing temporary territorial separation from parents against the teachers? The study involved 187 middle school students whose parents (one or both) were outside the Polish borders, and 87 teachers-educators.
