Summary/Abstract: Author of the text worked in several educational projects for high school teachers in the role of supervisor. The article summarizes his three-year experience with group supervision. Represents a form of implemented supervisions, provides an overview of supervisory needs of teachers, dealing with supervisory relations, processes and rules. He mentions usable principles and touches some specifics of using supervision in secondary education.
