Summary/Abstract: The evaluation report, prepared under the conditions provided by Art. 17 of the Law no. 176/2010 cannot be challenged on the basis of an action in administrative litigation, this constituting strictly an act of notification of the Assets Control Commission, constituted at the level of the courts of appeal.
