Crisis management in the system of national security in Poland

Summary/Abstract: This report describes crisis management system working in Poland. It includes the basic defections and information considering the concept of the crisis. It explains the basic of law, on which functioning of institution connected with danger of human health, life and environment is based. Protection of people and National Security System are emphasized. All legal solutions in those aspects are criticized. Later, new statute considering crisis management was introduced and implications coming from hypothetical introducing in life. Another important issue in the report is opinion about old and new solutions for future education of students from KSW in the Management course; specialization: Security and Crisis Management and in new one: National Security.
