Summary/Abstract: The present study is intended to be a brief analysis of the issue of human dignity in connection with religious freedom regarding what we call today religious minorities in the period after 1918. In our scientific endeavor, we propose to analyze the issue of respecting religious rights and freedoms regarding at the Baptist confession reflected in a memorandum addressed to King Ferdinand I in 1923 by the Union of Baptist Communities in Romania.
