Summary/Abstract: The legal dimension of the policies of the field of migration concerns the legal regulation of the phenomenon, aiming at first the issues regarding the differentiation between the economic migrants and those for other reasons. In this respect, a first step would be the inventory of existing legal rules at EU level.
