Summary/Abstract: Israel is the third one of the OECD countries in the field of education. However, the labor productivity and salary levels in Israel are not so high. There is a serious problem of over-qualification. Too many graduates with academic degrees no not find suitable job positions, too many lecturers at the higher education institutions are outsourced, do not have a regular position.
