Barriers in the Process of Succession in the Opinion of the Successors of Family Business (Research Rwesults)

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to identify and discuss the barriers that exist in the process of succession in the successor’s opinion. The presented research, was realized following methods: expert interviews, focus groups and a survey. The results indicate a fundamental difference in the perception of barriers in succession by the successors and seniors.
