The Succession Business Fundingand Methods of The Death in an Entrepreneur – The Legal Study

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to analyze the problem of succession by subject in the case of death of the entrepreneur. Particular attention has been paid to the issue of financing costs of succession, which together with the selection of strategy and the person of the successor, is the third key element in the process of succession. Among the various methods of financing succession, I recommend the succession policy as the most optimal solution in case of death of the entrepreneur. The last part, which is also a summary of the issue, is a case study. It is an example of a family company which implemented a business succession strategy together with ensuring its funding.
