Summary/Abstract: Human dignity is an inalienable attribute of the human person, a value that imposes on each member of society a behavior of respect and protection of the other individuals and the prohibition of any humiliating or degrading attitude towards the human. In other words, each individual is bound to recognize and respect in every other human being the attributes and values that characterize him as a human being.
