Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is determining the mechanisms of the systemogenesis of cultural practices as a factor in harmonizing the globalization problems of our time. The methodology of the research is using methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, as well as cultural and historical reconstructions for an adequate definition of the content and functions of the culture genesis of the post-Soviet space. Scientific novelty is in the research of the mechanisms of the functioning systems of cultural practices on the basis of the reconstruction of the theory of the functional system of P. Anokhin and the theory of dispositive as the locus of the spatial presentation of discourse in M. Foucault. Heterochrony (uneven development of subsystems of culture as a simultaneous unity) is researched in the context of heterotopy (various spatial information presentation systems), helps to determine the features of the systemogenesis of modern cultural practices. Conclusion. Heterochrony as the leading concept of the theory of systemogenesis of a functional system, according to P. Anokhin, indicates that any system, including the social one, which is capable of selforganization, exists in the regime of uneven development of its subsystems. So, those subsystems that are responsible for the functioning of the system, develop faster, but actually exist in a different time. Heterochrony is an opportunity to be and adapt various types of time: natural, cultural, anthropomorphic to the like. Heterotopy as a mechanism for cultural development has been worked out in the theory of cultural genesis by M. Foucault, who considers the culture space as a series of inhomogeneous spatial dimensions of culture. Artisation of cultural practices is always geared toward heterochrony and heterotopy as the leading systemic features.
