Summary/Abstract: The decision of the Court of Accounts issued in the exercise of its control duties, which states that the additional remuneration of the directors paid for their activity in the consultative committees is allegedly unlawful, does not lack the effects of the legal acts concluded between the parties, the company and the administrator if the invalidity has not been ascertained, by way of action or by way of exception, in a litigation examining the effects of these clauses by the courts.
