Notification of the anonimization or confidentialization of the personal data of the individuals processed on the portal of the courts

Summary/Abstract: For the immediate application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law no. 129/2018 for amending and supplementing Law no. 102/2005 regarding the establishment, organization and functioning of the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data, as well as for the repeal of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of the persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data), based on the use of the right of opposition regulated by art. 21 of the RGDP, any natural person (part of a file registered on portal.just.ro), may request to any court by a notification the deletion or confidentiality of personal data (in particular, the first and last name, including other personal data) .The provisions of art. 17 and art. 21 of the GDPR regulates the right to delete data („the right to be forgotten”) and the right of opposition (to the processing of data), establishing the conditions for their exercise through the prism of some limitations, not being absolute rights.
