Summary/Abstract: Within one year of implementing the regulations on personal protection (GDPR), in the financial services sector, remarks or routines can be made to adopt these laws that have a significant impact, but cannot increase the shocks in other sectors. Perhaps also because the GDPR has only encouraged one of the many legislative provisions in force during the period 2018 2019 and it is an observed one in the strategic approach and procedures where more are more mature while in other sectors.
