Summary/Abstract: Translation is a concept used in cultural studies to demonstrate linguistic orother changes in a specific culture. The language is therefore derived fromthe culture itself, and this culture is produced from the specificity of people in a universe generating diversity. In other words, when we say translation, wespeak of cultural action. The translator is the main actor of this cultural actionif he/she is multilingual and multicultural. Although bilingualism is considered plurilingualism, it has been adopted as a cultural policy, especially for Western societies, because it was developed for both political and economic reasons. Multiculturalism is a historical and anthropological conclusion that exists in almost all societies. The translator presents a good translation thanks to his/her plurilinguistic and multicultural experiences, taking into account cultural elements and cultural deviations. The translator is, of course, a mediator between the source-culture and the target-culture, so that he/she does not try to get the source-culture before the target-culture so as not to create an ambiguity in the reader’s mind.
