Summary/Abstract: Modifying and adapting the law of administrative litigation to the current national legislation was a desideratum that the legislator finally managed to achieve.The new law includes measures aimed at reducing the high average duration of administrative litigation and facilitating access to specialized courts in this field, as well as a review of procedural rules on administrative contracts.
