Ecconomic Proces Changes of Interpretaion. Selected Issues

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study, the first one of the cycle of studies on the problems of the modern world, in the context of the human and his/her development opportunities, is to signal the process of change occurring in the world and its bilateral impact (feedback)on the changing role of the employee in relation to technology, institutions and their alienation. Especially in the labour market, more and more people on a global scale, are subject to the political, economic and social exclusion processes, despite actions taken e.g. by the EU institutions, private companies, Poland included, to support the reverse process, namelythe inclusion. This issue has gained an additional weight due to the scale and pace of migration, especially to the countries of southern Europe, which will obviously affect the rest of the world. Due to the changes occurring in the world, and not only in information societiesbut also in the net economy, a single country such as Poland will not be able to handle these issues, thus we must cooperate not only to maintain the current state of the economybut also to increase it.
