Summary/Abstract: The article presents the findings of a literature review and research on the differentiation of human resources. Were identified learning styles as a key factor influencing the human capital especially in the context of demographic change. The aim of the publication is the diagnosis and analysis of learning styles according to two concepts: Allinson and Hayes. Will be present the results of research conducted among more than 397 respondents. The research was conducted within the framework of the grant "The potential competence of employees in terms of diversity management in innovative enterprises" project commissioned by the National Science Centre in Krakow, No. 2013/09 / B / HS4 / 01307.
