Summary/Abstract: Redundancy belongs among unpleasant parts of manager’s job. Now a days reality proves that today one is employed but next day he is not. Outplacement are modern tools of human resource management that they could gentile results of such unpleasant steps within an organization. In conditions of our firm, such tools are not know and realized enough.
