Summary/Abstract: This article presents an example of application of crowdsourcing in Poland on the example of the Bank Pomysłów. The author pays particular attention to the use of Internet platform and role of users in ideas initiating process. An attention was drawn to users motivation and the benefits that they can achieve. The main goal of this article is presenting of new method of cooperation with customers and creating innovative solutions.
