Summary/Abstract: The article concerns the diversity of employees’ approach depending on age tosolutions offered them in the field of corporate wellness. The aim of the paper is to present the diversity of the employees’ needs at different ages in the area of building their wellbeingon the example of research at University X. Research conducted in 2016 included nearly 400 employees of various categories employed at a selected university, who expressed opinions about development of corporate wellness activities at place of work.
